【写作练习】学生是否应该在国外生活和学习一段时间来学习语言和文化

晕晕乎乎看了几天的视频、直播课和各种文档材料，反复梳理，理解内化。今天终于完成了第一篇练习，自我感觉写下来挺顺畅的，整体思路没有卡壳。不知道有没有其他我不自知的问题，欢迎批评指正。谢谢！

题目：
As part of education, students should spend a period of time studying and living in a different country to learn language and culture. to what extant do you agree or disagree.

正文：
Nowadays, with the development of globalization, studying and living abroad has been becoming more and more common and popular for students' education. Some people believe that students should have overseas experiences to learn a second language and foreign culture. I agree that students should spend time studying and living in other countries to experience outside culture and learn the language.

Overseas education experiences are quite important for students. If students have opportunities to study abroad, they could get exposed to local people with different cultural backgrounds. They would get used to and respect this sort of existent distinctions between two nations, which contributes to cultivate their empathy. Therefore, they could put themselves in others’ shoes when interacting with peers. This attribute will help them do better in later life.

Also, spending time living in a different country would train their second language ability in a more practical way. Students can practice the language in a real context and setting. They can self-correct the mistakes they made through feedbacks from native speakers, which helps them improve more quickly than those who learn the language in their own country. So, to acquire a language, it is the best way to learn it in another country where you can use the local language in day-to-day life.

In brief, as part of education, there is no doubt that students should strive for the valuable chances to study and live abroad to cultivate empathy and improve the language.
