B1：AC类，young people犯了严重的罪行应该接受相同的惩罚。套逻辑链是moral value-crimes
B2：我还想写 威慑犯罪行为，维持社会安定， 但是套不出来其他逻辑链，只能自己慢慢写，但是写的感觉逻辑有点跳跃。
