很想复议写作。
成绩单评语和第一次考6的时候一模一样

B1：写的是交通拥堵造成了空气污染 ——》呼吸道疾病 ——》增加国家的财政负担
B2：1. 建议是政府打公益广告，提高公民的意识，在买车的时候买环保的车； 2. 增加建设公共交通，有了便利的公共交通，人们更有可能使用公共交通出行
我还使用了if did， would do的条件句的T.T 满心以为会涨至少0.5，结果分数纹丝不动
求问：
1. 是否建议复议？
2. 如果建议复议，是否同时复议口语？会存在写作提高，而口语下降的复议结果吗？
3. 复议期间IRCC里的老成绩单是否能用？（听说复议期间成绩单是冻结的）想知道是留在EE池子里也不行，还是说只是被邀请时正在复议状态的话才不行呢？
