c段：Until recently, not much was known about the topic, and little help was available to teachers
to deal with bullying. Perhaps as a consequence, schools would often deny the problem. 。。。。。。。
這段第二句是as a consequence , 不就是強因果嗎 ，但lynn說不用讀 就是順承，但是強因果不都要讀嗎 ，我有點亂

第二句都是as a result , 但要看，所以我以為只要是強因果就要看
